DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. Payment can be made by Pay Pal, or Visa /Master Card. For direct debit payments contact us and we will send you our bank details. Balance payable prior to departure.
Because of our intimate size cancellations affect us greatly. Deposits can be transferred to another date with no penalty where the change is made 30 days or more prior to booked date. Where the booking is cancelled there is no refund unless we are able to fill the booking
Minimum 2 night stays apply at the time of festivals, long weekends, whole house and holiday periods. Please contact us for further details.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Expired certificates hold no value, unless an arrangement has been entered in to extend the valid period. Any extension must be 1 month prior to expiration date.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time is nominally 3.00 pm, Check out is 11.00 am
however if the room is free and with prior notice, we will happily make every attempt to accommodate alternative arrangements.
You are always welcome to drop of you luggage off early before going sightseeing.
The Church House interior is a smoke-free environment. Ashtrays are provided outside for guests who would like to smoke, but are requested not to smoke near windows or doors.
Free Wi-Fi facility for guests’ use is provided throughout the house.
CHILDREN AND PETS
Accommodating children over 12 or pets is open to discussion and may be possible if booking the entire house, and or dependent on other bookings
SEVERE FIRE CODE WARNING
For the safety of our guests in the event of a Code Red or severe fire warning day during the summer period we will close. A refund or change of booking will be available to those guests. For further fire information please visit CFA.
